SHIPPING RATES:
- Netherlands order value 1 till 74,99 euro = €8,50
- Netherlands order value 75,00 euro = Free shipping
- Europe order value 1,00 till 149,99 = €10,00
- Europe order value €150 + euro = Free shipping
- UK order value 1,00 till 149,99 = €15,00
- UK order value €150 + euro = Free shipping
- Rest of the world EX VAT- weight based 1-3kg = 35 euro
- Rest of the world EX VAT - weight based 3.1kg-9,9 kg = 60 euro
- Rest of the world EX VAT - weight based 10-20kg = 99 euro
- we unfortunately had to increase the outside europe shipping rates as they have been a big loss on each order.. as a small - meduim parcel to US / CA / AUS will start from 50 -75 euro.. a bigger one 10kg+ costs 150 euro.. We will still share some of the cost but free shipping is not possible anymore, regardless how high the order value is, the shipping costs will grow fast with it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT GOODS BACK THAT CAME BACK REJECTED DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS DUTIES.. IF THIS HAPPENS, WE WILL NOT CREDIT BACK THE ORDER, WE CAN RESEND IT, BUT NEW SHIPPING COST WILL BE APPLIED.
Basic shipping within the Netherlands will be provided by PostNL – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 2.30pm, Monday till Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 2.30pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
Basic postage to the Europe and the rest of the World will be with PostNL and delivery takes 3-8 working days, depending on where you are. If you order before 2.30pm Monday – Friday, your order will leave the same day. If you order after 2.30pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on the following Monday. This a fully tracked and best rate service. You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped.
