UPDATE for UNITED STATES customers:
After the first round of tariffs on our goods, we faced a lot of disruptions in delayed deliveries (some for many weeks) due to the US customs and made our products more expensive for you as a customer. But also, it gave us many complaints and unrest with our customers, which we cannot control but feel responsible for.
Today, we (actually you again: the US customer) are hit again with another 10% tariff on top of the old one.. which will be followed up with a 25%.
This time because we, as The Kingdom of The Netherland, stands firm by our European & Nato partners The Kingdom of Denmark & Greenland to defend ourselves against a possible hostile annexation of Greenland by the United States.
Due to the extreme uncertainty, we have therefore decided to suspend deliveries to the United States until further notice.

Expect faster delivery.
WE ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS, this is out of our control. When there is an issue, we need to file an official investigation that can take 5-20 days depending on the country, the fastest way to solve issues is by contacting your local shipper yourself. 90% of the time, this resolves fast. If a parcel is declared lost, we get a green light to resend a new parcel.
*When ordering outside the EU you will get a EX VAT price at check out, based on your location.. this will go automatically, local duties or taxes can apply.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Undelivered parcels with a correct adres that have been sent back to us by the shipper, can be resend at parcel cost mentioned per region. You are responsible to keep watch on the parcel tracking, we do not get notifications when not delivered or picked up.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT GOODS BACK THAT CAME BACK REJECTED DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS DUTIES.. IF THIS HAPPENS, WE WILL NOT CREDIT BACK THE ORDER, WE CAN RESEND IT, BUT NEW SHIPPING COST WILL BE APPLIED.
Basic shipping within the Netherlands will be provided by PostNL – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 2.30pm, Monday till Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 2.30pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
Basic postage to the Europe and the rest of the World will be with PostNL and delivery takes 3-8 working days, depending on where you are. If you order before 2.30pm Monday – Friday, your order will leave the same day. If you order after 2.30pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on the following Monday. This a fully tracked and best rate service. You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped.
